Do you accept returns?
- Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns. This policy ensures the freshness and quality of our products. However, we want you to love your products as much as we do, and we will offer replacement or refunds on a case by case basis. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way, please email us (hello@itslovely.co) as soon as possible and we will find a solution.

How soon can I expect my order?
- We believe in sending our customers the freshest products. Because of this, our products are made to order. After your order is placed, please allow 3-5 business days for us to get it in the mail. Once we have shipped your order, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking number.

Do you ship overseas?
- No, unfortunately right now we only ship to the United States.
