Shipping & Policies

Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail.
If damage should occur during transit, please contact me immediately so that I can get replacements made and shipped out to you as soon as possible. Most of my orders are for gifts, and I know how important that can be. Once in a while a shipment gets lost of damaged, but I haven't missed a deadline yet. Communication is key. (so is ordering ahead! )
In case of damage, do not discard packing material, as the postal inspector may need to see it. Refunds will be given upon return of items, except for custom work. Please contact me first to make arrangements.
