PROCESSING : In stock Items ship ASAP!!!! In the event we are not able to ship your order immediately, we guarantee most orders will be packaged and shipped within 2-3 business days.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES: Once your items have been packaged and shipped you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking number and "ESTIMATED" date of delivery.

LOCAL: Local orders are welcome for pick up!! Please message PRIOR TO PURCHASE so I can eliminate shipping charges and schedule a pick up time by appointment only please.

MADE TO ORDER/CUSTOM : Custom items estimated manufacturing timeframes are noted within each product shipping section or will be provided within estimate. Please message for a shipping quote and we will provide a cost to your specific destination and timeframe based on current manufacturing schedule. We guarantee your item will be manufactured and shipped ON or BEFORE the timeframe provided.

EXPEDITED : Rapid shipping, please contact us PRIOR to purchasing to see if we can accommodate any rush orders and calculate additional shipping costs.

INTERNATIONAL : International customers are welcome! We would be more than happy to ship to you, please message your specific shipping destination and we can calculate your shipping costs. Please be aware, Opusconcrete is not responsible for any duties, taxes or additional fees related to international shipments.

*** Please make sure that your shipping address is entered correctly during check out. Once your order is placed opusconcrete is not responsible for redirection or reimbursement for any circumstances that relate to inaccurate shipping address. Thank you for your understanding.

Refunds and Exchanges

DAMAGES:
Each piece is inspected from inception throughout, individually hand wrapped and diligently packaged! In the unfortunate circumstance your product arrives damaged please let me know within 48 HOURS of receiving your item/s and provide:

1. Convo/email pictures of damages to the
1) item
2) package
3) all packing materials
within 48 hours of receiving

2. Do not dispose and RETAIN the damaged item, package and packaging material. Items being used nullifies claim.

3. Please cooperate with Opusconcrete and Shipper/Insurer in the event further action is needed. Physical inspection or pick up of damaged item at the location of delivery may be necessary prior to finalizing insurance claims processing.

GENERAL & REFUNDS:

All items are handmade natural stone products, there will be variation throughout each piece produced that should be embraced and all sizes are nominal.
