Everything is Freshly Made to Order

We ship not later than FIVE days after payment is made. Shipping charges also include careful packaging.

-If you pay through Paypal, Items are shipped to your address stated on your PAYPAL account. Kindly let me know if you would like your order to be sent to a different address. I am not responsible for items not received due to incorrect address. There is no refund for items sent to a wrong address.

-Items over $50 will be insured at no extra cost to the buyer.

-I ship everything through Paypal, or USPS that way you will have a tracking number.

We take every precaution possible to insure that your biscotti arrive unscathed and in a timely fashion. Very rarely does a package not arrive at its destination, however, delivery confirmation and Insurance are better assurance for me and you that the package will arrive as stated in my shop policies.

REFUNDS: I will refund your money or replace the item/s if an item arrives spoiled or broken, however, I must know in 3 days or less after delivery, and the product must be shipped back at the customers expense within seven days; Please take photographs of the box and contents as soon as it arrives and send them to me when your product has arrived in such a fashion. I will not refund after three days.
( sometimes it may be the responsibility of USPS for how the box was handled- I will contact USPS if this happens with your tracking number, photographs and contact info. to try to get to the bottom of the problem and hopefully get you a refund)

If a package is lost with tracking info. and Insurance, the USPS will be responsible; I will facilitate any way I can to help rectify the problem with you. Once I ship with Delivery confirmation and Insurance, I have fulfilled my obligation for arrival time. If the package arrives late or does not arrive at all, please contact me so that I can help you through the process with USPS.
