Shipping & Policies

I am a digital content creator, and that means I dont charge anybody for shipping- simply for the items I create. I send my files through email and through Dropbox. It's a very simple way to manage large files and I have found that it works perfectly.

I accept refunds, but only before I have emailed you the files. If you have received my email and downloaded the files, you still physically own the files and I have no proof of deletion, so I cannot refund you. However, if you are unsatisfied, send me a message. I will do my best to fix whatever you are unhappy about.
