It is inspired by Korean traditional pillow, 'bamboo wife'. Koreans have woven bamboo strips creating a long cylinder form. They hug this 'bamboo wife' when they sleep in summer to be well-ventilated. Man liked to hug this pillow in summer rather than his wife, and it was named 'bamboo wife'. Re-created as a lighting, Wooden Wife casts a beautiful shadow and one can easily change the bulb by stretching any opening of the lighting.
Material: European maple wood
Size: 250mm diameter x 500mm (small), 250mm diameter x 900mm (big)
*Customers can use Wooden Wife either horizontally or vertically.
*Customers can choose either ceiling or floor use of Wooden Wife when they purchase.
*Option Ceiling use: Socket, textile cable 1m are included.
*Option Floor use: Socket, textile cable 1.5m with DDR Vintage switch+plug are included.
*Each wife is signed and numbered.

All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days from the date of payment if the items are in stock. Please check the amount online. Since it is a handmade item, there is only limited amount that can be produced. All packages will be sent via DHL International from Germany. When shipping overseas, customs can expect the package in 3 days in European Union, 10-12 days in other countries, but it is not guaranteed. It can delay up to 2-3 weeks. This doesn't happen often, but it can happen.

Return
The return of the item is accepted within 10 days of receiving the item. The item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. The original shipping cost will not be refunded, and only the price of the item will be refunded. Please email yy@yenayoung.com to request a refund.
