Shipping & Policies

If your package doesn't arrive in the time expected, please check your tracking number. If it is damaged or lost in the mail, please try to resolve this through the post office first, I do include insurance when mailing.
Regarding returns, please convo me within three days of item receipt. If a refund is requested for any reason other than defect or seller neglect, buyer is expected to pay for shipping. I will refund only after item is returned in original condition and an agreement has already taken place between buyer and seller.

Unless stated in the listing, shipping is included in the price, even for international shipping!- Please note:

★ CUSTOMS FEES AND CHARGES ★
The buyer is responsible for any customs fees and charges that are applied by their country to imports. Please be aware that in some countries , especially the UK and Brazil, these fees can be quite high. I will not mark the customs form as a gift, as this is illegal for me to do.

I ship USPS first class. I will send a tracking number, please be sure to check this to find out the status and location of your package. I include shipping insurance for you so that you can pursue a missing package through the post office.
