once payment is received, your item will be shipped that day or the next (depending on time of day,weekends, holidays etc). I ship regular first class unless you request otherwise. but then the shipping cost will vary. I have been informed by the USPS that even priority is NOT guaranteed, so that's why I just go with 1st class. it usually gets there 1-4 days depending where you are. I ship my items sealed in a plastic jewelry baggie, tissue paper, and padded envelopes. some are reused but in good condition. IF YOU want a refund, please contact me. im pretty easy to work with. if your item arrives broken from being mishandled contact me immediately. you may send the item back and I can fix or replace. I want you to be happy with your purchase!! I take pride in my work but understand how some post offices mistreat packages. please don't hesitate to ask any questions!!
