SHIPPING
We use the USPS. USA orders are sent a Tracking Number via ETSY or PAYPAL. International customers - tracking stops in Chicago, IL. This does not mean your order is stuck there, that is just where the USPS tracking stops.
Orders are usually outta here within 1-3 days. If we have a blizzard, zombie apocalypse or some other event...I will advise you of any delay.
During summer FREE freezer pack with Priority Mail within the USA. USA only. FYI: If it is 65 degrees here and the order is going to Wisconsin and forecast is 65 also, I don't bother with the ice pack. I will also hold a Friday order and mail Monday to be able to keep your good stuff cool.
Additional International Shipping Info
I charge as close to actual shipping as possible. Please be advised that is costs as much to ship you a .15 tube of Nose Butter as it does the 1 ounce tin, I always feel bad when I see the shipping is more than the item costs, so you might want to purchase a slightly bigger item to offset the shipping fees. Not trying to be a pushy salesperson, it just kinda makes sense - hahaha.
Here is the corporate sounding info on customs - we go by the rules!
The buyer/recipient is responsible for all fees imposed, including import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the buyer's country. Additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility. We have no control over these charges, of course. If you are concerned about possible charges please check with your Customs office and/or Postal Service.
Please be aware that when customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays that are out of my control. All international orders will have full value declared on customs forms. I have enough to explain to St. Peter for the 80s without adding lying on Customs forms - yikes! All items are marked as Dog Balm - Grooming, as we do not want to imply medicinal purposes (or dog nose miracles). I have very very rarely (twice in ten years) had customs issues and I think it was one customs employee having a crappy day. Hundreds of packages sail through customs every year from The Blissful Dog. Let's hold the positive intention that your package is one of those!
REFUNDS/RETURNS/VARIOUS POLICY STUFF
Of course we stand behind our items 100%, just convo or call or email me and we will make it right!
If an item does not arrive, please contact me and your post office or carrier. The tracking number will allow us to track it and see where it is.
If an incorrect address was supplied to us and your purchase was returned, you will be responsible for postage charges to reship. If the error is on our part, we reship at no additional charge. If in doubt, double check the address you have on file with ETSY and PayPal (if applicable).
