Have confidence in ordering with HatchetEyewear.com, if you are dissatisfied with ANY of our sunglasses you may return them for a full refund within 30 days of shipment. Returned items must be in new condition with no signs of use or wear and in the original packaging. In the event that you need to return a product, please contact us for return instructions and a return authorization code by sending us an email at Support@HatchetEyewear.com.

After we receive your return, we will issue you a refund ASAP... Although, it may not show up on your credit card right away because that is just the way some credit card companies are.

No Hassle Exchanges
Look. We get it. Sometimes stuff doesn't fit right. It's cool. Don't stress about it. If you get your Hatchets and they simply don't fit right for you or you aren't digging the design like you thought you would, you can get an exchange with no problem. Just send us an email letting us know you want to do an exchange. We will give some simple instructions for getting it back and we will even pay your shipping cost to get it back to us. Upon receipt we will send you out a new pair of dazzling woodies that better meets your needs at no additional cost.

Warranty Information
If you find that your Hatchets are defective, please submit a warranty claim request by sending an email to Support@HatchetEyewear.com and detailing the damages. Do not return your Hatchets a store. Retailers are not authorized to provide warranty service on your Hatchets. We warrant our wood sunglasses against manufacturing defects in materials, workmanship and assembly for a six (6) months (180 days) from the date of your purchase.

We hold the right to determine defects and require evidence of purchase from an authorized Hatchet Eyewear dealer in order to determine warranty eligibility. If your Hatchets are determined to be defective, we will repair or replace them free of charge. Lens scratches are not covered by warranty.

If the product is determined to not be defective, they can be repaired by us at a nominal charge.
