Shipping & Policies

Standard Shipping: All order are shipped within in 3-5 business days, this does not mean you will necessarily receive your order within 3-5 business days. Once shipped most deliveries are made between 2-5 days depending on your location. If you need your order sooner please notify the sender prior to purchase!

Rush Orders:
The buyer may be subject to pay additional shipping costs for expedited orders. The standard time for our products to be shipped is 3-5 days, but we reserve the right to adjust the shipping time. The buyer will be notified immediately if the shipping time is adjusted.
The seller is not responsible for delivery delays due to inclimate weather.
Buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes on international shipping.

Returns & Exchanges:
Returns and Exchanges are done a case by case basis. Communication with the shop owner is necessary.
We do not offer refunds on custom orders!
In the event that the seller approves a refund, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and the refund will not be issued until the return is delivered to the seller undamaged.
For products that arrive damaged we require that the buyer send us a picture of the damaged product as well as the damaged packaging within 24 hours. This is necessary for claim purposes with FedEx as well as for a replacement. After this information is received we will send out a replacement asap.

Canceled Orders:
All canceled orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee if not canceled within the first 24 hours. Once the restocking fee is deducted the seller will then refund the remaining amount of the purchase price.
