Shipping & Policies

I now offer international shipping for my cards. I am very excited to be able to do that, but please be aware of any added fees you may incur do to import fees and taxes put in place by your country.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT IMPORT FEES AND TAXES: Any duties, fees, and/or VATs are your responsibility. Please contact your local customs office if you are unsure of the import fees/regulations for your country. I can not collect your country's import fees and taxes, nor are they included in your purchase price or shipping costs. It is also illegal for me to pay those for you.

The purchase price of your item will be listed on the customs form and your item will be marked as merchandise. I will NOT mark your merchandise as "gift" on the customs form, as it is illegal to do so. So please do not ask me to do so.

Shipping is done on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Your "ready to ship" order will be sent out on which ever day falls after payment has been received and your shipping information has been verified. If you place a custom order, I will contact you as soon as it is ready to ship to verify your shipping information. Turn around time for custom orders very depending on item and quantity ordered. Usually no longer than a week.

I want your experience here at my shop to be a wonderful one, so if you have any problems or are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me and we will discuss returns/refunds.

Please save all original packaging to be sent back with your returned item.

I do create custom orders so if you see something in my shop, but require more than the item listed, please send me a message with what item you are interested in, as well as amount wanted and I will create a custom listing for you.
