Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalised orders
Digital downloads
Items on sale

If you’re not happy with your purchase from ClaireMcCallArt, get in touch with me and we’ll either organise a replacement, or give you your money back. It’s your choice.

Please wait for my advice on returning goods. Do not return to the address on the package. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer.

If your delivery is damaged, please communicate this to me. I will require photos of the damage but I can assure we will find a solution to your benefit.

If your order hasn't reached you within 15 business days, the best first step is to contact your local post office in case they are holding the package for you. You'd be surprised how often this is the case!

If you feel that your order is taking much longer than it should, you've allowed a reasonable time for your local customs to peek at your new stuff, and your local post office was not able to help, contact me and I'll see what I can do.

As customs rules in various countries can frequently change, this can cause delays, and at times, additional charges imposed by the receiving country. Whilst my shipping partners take reasonable steps to comply with general world shipping standards, I or they are not liable for any additional customs taxes or duties, or if any specific item was prohibited or confiscated by the receiving country.

It is recommended that you investigate the relevant local laws in your country.

Exceptions to the money back guarantee include custom or personalised paintings. Approval of final image will be sought prior to shipping. If unhappy with a custom painting, buyer is entitled to a refund of 60% of purchase price. 40% is non-refundable. Once shipped, no returns or refunds will be accepted on custom or personalised paintings.
